ANCHOVIES OATS PORRIDGE |
Ingredients
½ cup or 45g Quaker Quick Cook
1/2 cup (70g) rice, washed and soaked for 30 minutes
4 cups or 1 litre 2 ½ cups water
2 thin slices of Ginger
2 tsp. or 10 g Anchovies, washed & soaked
2 dry mushrooms, soaked and cut into small pieces
40g carrots, shredded
Light soy sauce
Sesame oil
White pepper, to taste
Pinch of salt
Garnishing
2 tsp. fried anchovies
1 stalk, sliced spring onions
2 tsp. fried onions
Directions
- Boil rice in water together with anchovies and ginger until it turns to porridge.
- Add oats, carrots and dried mushrooms into the porridge. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir in salt.
To serve, scoop porridge into individuals bowls. Garnish with spring onion, fried onions, fried anchovies & dash of pepper, sesame oil & light soy sauce.

hahahaha ako lebih suka kalau low fat milk chocolate+oat kalau yg lain xde rasa outttt..wekkk..wekkk..=P
