Teringin nk diet oat..hummmm~

ANCHOVIES OATS PORRIDGE


Ingredients

½ cup or 45g Quaker Quick Cook

1/2 cup (70g) rice, washed and soaked for 30 minutes

4 cups or 1 litre 2 ½ cups water

2 thin slices of Ginger

2 tsp. or 10 g Anchovies, washed & soaked

2 dry mushrooms, soaked and cut into small pieces

40g carrots, shredded

Light soy sauce

Sesame oil

White pepper, to taste

Pinch of salt

Garnishing

2 tsp. fried anchovies

1 stalk, sliced spring onions

2 tsp. fried onions

Directions

  1. Boil rice in water together with anchovies and ginger until it turns to porridge.
  2. Add oats, carrots and dried mushrooms into the porridge. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in salt.

To serve, scoop porridge into individuals bowls. Garnish with spring onion, fried onions, fried anchovies & dash of pepper, sesame oil & light soy sauce.

hahahaha ako lebih suka kalau low fat milk chocolate+oat kalau yg lain xde rasa outttt..wekkk..wekkk..=P

hihihi xrase ape pn..sbb slalu kite mkn ngn bnd manis.. sbb tu rase geli..hahahah da try oat+bubur kacang..sedap gileeeeeeee~ hihi
